Anant is the right candidate for three key reasons:

1. Community Engagement & Accountability

✅ Anant believes that elected officials must listen first, act second. He is committed to being accessible, transparent, and engaged with all 60,000 residents of District 7.
✅ He will hold regular community meetings and share monthly newsletters in multiple languages to hear concerns, answer questions, and explain decisions—because government should work for the people.
✅ He understands that while he can’t always agree with everyone, he will always explain his reasoning so voters know where he stands and why.

2. Financial Expertise & Fiscal Responsibility

💰 Westchester County has a $2.5 Billion annual budget for its 1 MM+ residents. Every dollar must be spent wisely.
💰 Anant has decades of experience in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning—skills that are critical in making sure tax dollars are used effectively.
💰 As a member of the Town and School Boards, he fought to reduce taxes, eliminate wasteful spending, and prioritize essential services. He will do the same for Westchester.
💰 He will fight to ensure District 7 gets its fair share of county resources to address flooding, housing, and critical local services like the Mamaroneck CRC and Rye YMCA.

3. Full-Time Dedication to the Job

🕒 Anant is fully committed to serving District 7 as he retired from corporate work in 2021, so has the time, focus, and energy to be the advocate our community needs.
🕒 The County Legislator role is officially “part-time,” but Anant will treat it as a full-time responsibility—because solving big problems requires full-time dedication.
